Introducing our ‘Bordeaux’ home plan. Inside, you’ll be impressed by the 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,715 sq.ft! Take first notice of the welcoming front porch with stained wood beam columns and tongue and groove ceiling. The open concept living area has it all with plenty of room for entertaining. The dining area features a chandelier and opens into the living room area. The kitchen features a large center island complete with a deep sink, plenty of counter and cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and a large walk-in pantry. The back porch is off the kitchen and includes a fan and a tongue-and-groove ceiling.

The 3 guest bedrooms are down their own hallway towards the front of the home that also features their full size bathroom with a towel storage closet! Off the garage entrance is the catch-all area with the utility and mud rooms.

Finally enter into the master which is very spacious with plenty of room for a king size bed and connects to the master bath. The master bath features a vanity with double sinks, a standalone shower, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet with custom wood shelving and rods.
