Ryan Dicharry is the founder and CEO of Dicharry Homes. Through the years, he has provided many families with new beautiful homes. Ryan began his construction journey working for his stepdad as a teenager and quickly learned all aspects of the construction business through hands-on training. A Baton Rouge native, Ryan graduated from Louisiana State University College of Engineering with a degree in Construction Management in 2001. Ryan is a loving husband and father to his wife and 4 kids (two sons and two daughters). For fun, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and going on hunting trips. Ryan puts his heart into his family, his business, his clients, and his workers. This is how we have managed to achieve such a high quality of service for every client!

Our Corporate Controller, Joey may be behind the scenes, but he sure brings fun to the office. Joey is from Houma but came to our charming town of Thibodaux to attend Nicholls State University. After obtaining his Certified Public Accountant certification from the Louisiana State Board of CPA’s he decided to utilize that certification in the same community where he first obtained his Bachelor of Accounting degree. Joey has nearly 12 years of professional experience in the construction industry. He has now fully planted his professional roots here while He, his wife Tara, and two kids, Lily & Brady, still reside in Houma. When Joey is not in the office he loves being outside, fishing, hunting, baseball, golf, you name it! When you get to know Joey you’ll find that he is Christian, people loving and always a helping hand.

Katie is the wife of Ryan Dicharry and works with sales for both custom homes and new move in ready homes. She was born and raised in Thibodaux and is a 2005 graduate of LSU Baton Rouge with a background in construction management. Katie started working along side her husband in 2007 as a realtor in Baton Rouge and then moved into the accounting and payables side of the business for several years. Now that their four children are all in school, Katie is back to work alongside the Dicharry team in selections, sales, and service. When Katie isn’t found at the office, she’s sure to be with her kids or friends and family either enjoying Thibodaux or exploring a new vacation location!

Cole Farrar is a Superintendent with Dicharry Homes. He oversees the construction of new homes. Cole is originally from Pineville. He moved to Baton Rouge after highschool and attended Baton Rouge Community College where he obtained his degree in Construction Management. In total, Cole has been in this industry for over 4 years. He is now engaged to his fiance Grace, soon to be married in May 2022. For fun, Cole enjoys hunting, fishing, relaxing with Grace and his dog, Hank, and spending time with friends and family, and his favorite food is steak. Cole is a very relaxed person, which is a great quality to have. When you start building your home with us, chances are Cole will be overseeing its construction. You can trust that you’ve got a great, experienced, and thorough superintendent making sure your home is perfect!
