Let’s get started! Send your complete set of construction drawings to our team. Your plans will be sent for construction review. We will give feedback on your plans and if they need to be adjusted/modified. Certain items such as metal homes, raised homes will not pass approval as our primary focus is wood frame with slab on grade.

After your plans are finalized and pass construction review you will proceed to our pricing process. Here we will price out your home per plan, so make sure your plans are 100% to your satisfaction. To ensure we are focusing on your home, we are limited in our pricing process and are only able to price out a specific amount per quarter.
