The ‘Del Rio’ plan is a spacious farmhouse style home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The covered front porch features stained wood beams that up the curb appeal. Enter the home through the double front doors and be greeted by the tall ceilings and spacious feel. Turn right into the hall that features two guest bedrooms and their full size bathroom with double sinks and a pocket door connecting the bath and toilet. Continue further down the hall and enter the very spacious open concept living area. The kitchen features a large center island with plenty of counter space and hanging lights overhead. Other features include: a double sink, stainless steel appliances, a hidden coffee bar, a large pantry with outlets, plenty of storage, and a pull-out trash drawer. There is no shortage of natural light with the 5 windows in the living and dining room. The dining room also features a hanging light fixture! The back porch is covered and features a stained tongue and groove ceiling and plenty of room for outdoor furniture.

Off the kitchen is another hallway that features the garage entrance, a mud room, and the utility room. The mud room features a desk and drop zone and the utility room has built-in cabinets and counter space! There is also the third guest bedroom and a full-sized bathroom off this hallway as well.
