The Calais home plan is a 1,877 sqft single story home that features 3 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Walk through the front door and enter the long foyer hallway that leads into the living area. On your left, off the foyer, are the two guest bedrooms and their bathroom with a vanity and shower/tub combo. The living area is open-concept offerent plenty of space for entertaining guests. The kitchen is spacious with a large center island with a sink, plenty of cabinet space, and a spacious pantry. The dining room, located off the living room, features plenty of natural light. The covered back porch features double doors and provides space for outdoor furniture.

The master suite is off the kitchen and features an en suite bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity with plenty of storage, a water closet, a soaking tub, and a standalone shower. The connecting master closet is very spacious and offers plenty of room to store all your shoes! Off the garage entrance, there is a spacious mudroom that features a drop-zone, a storage closet, and the utility room.
